Cooking delicious traditional Italian food –
with fresh, local and top-quality ingredients –
at your local markets, events & festivals.

I produce and import quality Italian homemade food and products which I sell at local farmers’ markets and food festivals. My menu varies seasonally and weekly from game dishes to vegetarian ones, from old favourites “Polpette” and “Tiramisù” to chicken stew with traditional polenta. I also import fresh buffalo mozzarella, limoncello and a range of Southern Italian artisan and handmade cured meats, such as salami and salsiccia (both dolce and piccante).

This week’s menu for the weeks beginning 23rd November 2017 – to celebrate our return after a week off, we have a wide range of fresh dishes on the menu this week!

All our meat is local, high quality and free range. The beef, pork and lamb are sourced from Ellises Farm & Forest Beef (Churchstanton) and the poultry and lamb comes from Beech Ridge Farm in Wellington. The game meat is also locally sourced by me and the eggs that we use in our dishes are free range from Deane Barton in Langford Budville. Our milk and cream come from Gundenham Dairy, also in Langford Budville.

Please note that we usually update our menu on Wednesday evenings – if you would like to know in advance, please contact us and we should be able to provide you with details from Mondays.
